Why is Annie So strong?
I feel like doesn't really have a weak point in the game and he only real problem is her lack of mobility. She has poke, engage, AOE, CC, Massive Burst, and can do all of that while still getting a good amount of health.

She is balance around laning against people with that kind of poke. Compared to them her range is extremely short in addition to being immobile.
I don't think you really grasp what 'poke' involves.
AP Kog has poke.
All of Annie's spells are medium range.
Her biggest weakness is a lack of escape. Even though she has a very reliable stun mechanic to center around and some half-decent tankiness she still has a very glaring weakness to ganks/assassins. The key is to make sure to pounce on her while her stun is down OR make her regret using her stun on you (i.e. your team can follow up).
Other than that yes she has a relatively oppressive laning strength, but far from impossible.
She is rather short ranged. Use the fact that she lacks CC for a while once she stunned someone and kill her :) she shud be easy :)
Annie has a really long auto attack range, but her spell range is pretty much as long as her aa range. Like I think 625 or something; it's pretty hard to get up close to poke champs. The other thing is just that she can't escape bad situations, so positioning is pretty important.
She's having DFG removed, and they're nerfing her survivability, they also already nerfed mana for mages like her.
If you're still dying to her, perhaps you should play her so you can learn her weaknesses head on, because they do exist
