Rek'Sai's new ult feels awful

A point and click that can be dodged? Can you imagine if you could side step a Pantheon stun? It just feels so shitty. You can't aim a point and click so it really REALLY sucks when someone casually steps to the side and you miss. At least with a skillshot you can predict where your target will go. You can lead them. Her ult either needs to be a point and click that cannot be dodged (nerf the damage if need be) or a complete skillshot so you actually have a chance of hitting someone that doesn't only walk in a straight line.

It would be less frustrating if you at least needed to use mobility to dodge it but I just had a fiddlesticks dodge my ult by making a 90 degree turn. Do you know how immobile Fiddlesticks is? All he did was change the direction he was walking and he dodged it. There are plenty of acceptable ways to dodge an ult like this. Vayne Tumble, Kat Shunpo, Lucian dash, Kennen lightning ball... simply changing the direction you are walking is not on that list.
