Wonder above? But I'm wondering...

Why the hell do they keep spewing out new champions instead of reworks? They could easily make money by making new skins for them afterward. No reason to screw over Taric and Urgot because they have this crazy idea that we like watching our favorite League characters rust while they pump out new characters without even testing them reliably. (Looking at Azir's bajillion bugs and the tendency to ALWAYS have the new champs op for a while, and only nerf after a significant amount of time has passed)

Hell, they're screwing us with their penny pinching in all aspects. Rek's ONLY skin is 1350. A runepage costs as much IP as a "newer" champion, or RP. Earning IP is so tedious that in order to get a decent amount from any healthy amount of play you need to have a constant IP boost. So why are they screwing us over by making the newer champs more viable and letting the older ones die off? My guess is they hired Sanic teh hedghag as an adviser and decied everyone can go fest but the ones who need reworks are left in the dust.

well they have been doing both so.

Really? Haven't they had 8 new champions over the course of 4 full reworks?

is that not doing both?

No, it's not. If you do twice as much work with one arm than with the other, you are not effectively working both.

you are telling me that because they have done more champion releases than full reworks means they are not doing both. Also your metaphor just does not apply here.

I think it would be easier to create a whole new champion then to try to find a way to take a current champion, change their visuals, model, and game play while still trying to keep the core of the character alive.

With reworks they also have to try and keep the champ in a place where the player base still sees that champ as who they are and not a completely different one.
