There is a problem when....

I'm playing Nasus. I have 40% cdr and 900 stacks. I pop out of fog of war literally 10 feet from ashe. I never touch her, even with 40% cdr and wither. She shredded me.

That is kind of messed up. Im a champ designed to dumpster adcs but her kiting is stronger than a 40 cdr nasus >.<
