Is the one where you reduce the damage the creeps do. This way, top laners will be able to do them at lvl 1 and tp much more easily. Can we give machete a buff , so it reduces the monster damage, and balance it accordingly?

I like this isea quite a bit. It would be a shame if we wnt back to s4buff monsters being the o ly source of lv 2
