Maybe give players an actual incentive to take her as an ADC instead of as a cancerous lane bully at top.

I'll defend Zed and Lee there, but not Fizz and Vi.

Quinn is just straight up cancer top lane. Am I saying she's too overpowered? No. I'm saying that she's just one of those champions you pick to be annoying and piss people off. A good Quinn has zero counterplay at top if you pick the wrong champion. Just harasses you and runs off with E everytime you try to engage.

Fizz and Vi are both annoying in their own ways in my opinion so I'll leave it at that. Won't get too deep in it but specifically for Fizz, fuck his E.

And Lee Sin and Zed are both manageable if you know how to play the game. People on these boards complain about them like they're impossible to beat. It's really pathetic imo.
