Does anyone else think black cleaver is too strong?

It gives a decent amount of health, flat damage and armor penetration.

A 10% CDR nerf should suffice. (possibly knock a 100 or 200 gold off.)

All the champs that use it are practically balanced around the thing. Change it and the entire top lane balance has to be completely redone

Rylais wasnt core. it was a pickup that champs took because it was strong and provided insane stats. it was meant to fill a niche role for champs who would like the item. Malz, morde, brand, zyra maybe. But other people were picking it up. Really anyone in the mid lane was picking it up.

Rylai's was a core item for a lot of champions you cant say it isnt. It was nerfed because people who dont need it abused it. BC is too strong and it gives way too much stats for what it does. 10% cdr and a gold reduction wont make any champions unplayable like the ryalis nerf did.

What champs are unplayable because of it? Malz didn't become a non-mid because of the nerfs it was way prior to this people didn't pick him mid, and only recently they started playing him supp. Brand he's still good. I have no clue who it pushed to become unplayable because it didnt do any of that.

Rylais wasn't core on those champs, ti was abused by others. The champions Rylais is still core on are still getting it and the price drop was actually a buff for them in many cases since they get it sooner.
