This patch seems really laggy.

My framerate is a lot more unstable than usual. Today I even lost a game because the game froze for several seconds which let riven kill me in lane which led to her snowballing. It doesn't seem to be my computer, nothing different is running and nothing is performing differently, but yet my framerate is really unstable and keeps dipping weirdly. plus it just feels lower overall than usual

After around 6pm EST the servers really seem to slow down and I don't know why, it does seem to have gotten worse this patch in particular though.
