@Rioters stuck on themes for champion reworks

Don't wanna make this too long so I'll try to be brief. I know a lot of the time Riot has a hard time working on some champions because they don't know what fantasy they want with the rework. Urgot got scrapped twice before they settled on what he is now, and my recent frustrations about nothing on Voli or Skarner were probably too harsh I admit and I want to try and propose something better, rather then cry more.

If you guys (Rioters) are stuck and can't think of a fantasy, could you guys maybe hold a poll or something similar for the community and we can give feedback on what we like or don't like? For example, take Skarner. If you guys say couldn't agree on a good direction, maybe give us like 3 or 4 of the fantasized you have in mind and we can give feedback? Like for me personally I would love for him to be this Cho'Gath like beast in terms of fantasy. Or Volibear, if you guys can't think of a good idea why not run it by us just to see what we think? I'm not saying we know better more that we need to communicate more and I think getting feedback from players in a way like this could be good. There are a lot of champions who need a lot of work and I know people like Nunu players or other such champions want something done but you guys aren't sure what we would like. You don't have to have all the answers, you just have to know when to listen because maybe someone else can help you find it. Stay beautiful.
