He's also melee range and has one of the worst backs until completing his first item, so why not punish those things with a champion which scales with their level. Which is pretty well every non-ADC you can think of.

1st item.. meanwhile, there are champions who cant clear a whole wave, with 2 fully built items, while burning their mana, while mr yasuo can Q Q Q Q Q indefinitely and clear everything quickly with barely nothing.

Well, lacking wave clear is an intended weakness for some champs. Oh well. Some champions are garbage at taking objectives, others have poor dueling potential, and so on. Just because one champion has something that others lack doesn't make the former stronger; it makes them different.

Wave clear is just one of the things Yasuo is good at. He's also easily punished for overextending, which is not a good combination to have.
