Because they haven't stopped complaining? It'd be one thing if it came out of seemingly nowhere, but people have been discussing it for at least a couple seasons now.

Guy Fox Teemo1 votesIt hasn't. Minon block hasn't changed AT ALL, there have literally been none, nada, no changes to have minons work except in pre-season but all of those were reverted.

People just want to complain and blame there deaths on somthing other then themselves. So they come up with anything they can. And a big one is people not realizing you can't just walk through minons; Because surprise surprise they are infact enemys/allies.
JavelinJoe1 votesActually, when they updated the minion's AI a few patches back, there was more minion blocking occurring than ever before. They have lowered it slightly indirectly (minions are effected indirectly by tower changes, neutral buffs, and item changes) but it still happens slightly more than it did before all of these changes.

New clearing strategies, champions, items changes, and other things have effect their targeting, clear speeds (minion on minion), etc. So they tend to bunch up more often. I read the link, and it does not include any outside influences that are out of the minions control or special programming such as rift buff or tower advantage.
