Rageblade was heavilly buffed, I just hate thay have taken out the charge per spellcast.

item 3124 and item 3146 seem to be the way for him to go now. Perhaps with some attack speed thing somewhere, then tanky.

TF lost its AP and its AS got gutted, so yeah. Might still be useful on Jax, though.

It's still pretty decent. CDR is cool, and it obviously goes well with Jax's spammable W. I tried it on PBE and it was pretty similar power-wise than old TF
