What if NOBODY could pass Jarvan's ult

Not enemies, not allies, not J4 himself. The only way to get in/out would be a blink or for Jarvan to deactivate his ult. This way it can live up to being "impassable" and not have Vayne Q through it. Seriously, I always thought of his ult as a "no way in, no way out" situation, but most champions, especially the more picked ones have one if not multiple ways of getting through it, and that's not counting flash, which is taken 99.9% of the time.

I mean, I just think it's silly when it literally says "impassable" but abilities that can't normally go through walls (Kalista passive jump, Vayne Q) can even go through. And I'm tired of every time I have to just use my ult as a finisher because the enemy has so my ultimate is literally useless other than its damage.

While you're at it, make it so Ahri can't charm you out of the leap. It's bullshit, you can't even be suppressed mid leap, J4 still finish the leap, damage and terrain included, but Ahri charm puts it on FULL cooldown without damage or terrain, all because of one lucky hit. I don't see why all other CC is ignored but charm isn't, that'd be like letting Vi get charmed out of her ult, which she doesn't. And they have the same effect of being immune to CC until done ulting.

Seriously though, give J4's ult the Azir treatment, but don't let either team pass. It's ludicrous how the "ring of impassable terrain" can in fact be passed easier than passable terrain.
