Dynamic Queue is the new excuse for low elo players who can't climb, like ELO hell was

Gonna get downvoted to hell but it needs to be said.

Dynamic Queue effects high elo players wayyy more than it does low elo, due to the lower player pool to choose from which makes queue times long and games with solo players vs premades more apparent. It seems to me that there are a lot of complaints about dynamic queue from low elo players (let's say for the sake of argument that low elo is below diamond/high plat), and how it is screwing up the system or how it is stopping them from climbing. It appears to me as if it has become the trendy 'elo Hell' excuse, and is an attempt of people to absolve themselves for why they can't climb. Due to the massive pool of players to pick from in Bronze/Silver, having solo players go against premades is a pretty rare case.

Edit: This post was also a bit of an experiment to see how Reddit compares to Boards (although I do agree with what is said). This post on reddit got near 2k upvotes with nearly the same words, and gets downvoted here. Interesting.

Elo hell is kinda real though. I'm not typically one who would use an excuse for poor skill level, like lately i've been doing genuinely bad and i can't blame it on anyone other than myself. But i've been going back and forth from b4 to b3 because I'll win 5 games in a row in b4 then lose 2 in b3 and get demoted. I've been in between those 2 divisions now for quite awhile and my recent win rate isn't the problem. Its just way too difficult for someone in bronze to move up to even silver without a carry. I play with some golds and diamonds and they all say elo hell is a real thing because they have smurfs that they can't get out of bronze. They should make it so you can't enter ranked unless you have a certain amount of wins, rather than based on level because honestly, you can just buy level 30 with an xp boost in 30 days when it really takes months upon months to learn how a typical game should go.

I disagree that elo hell doesn't exist but not for the reason most people state. I have used a smurf and gotten out of bronze and it is now in its gold promos (My main is plat 1 currently) so yes it is possible if you are better than the current rank you are playing with (I would say even silvers can climb out of bronze).

The whole elo hell for me comes from how tedious and frustrating it was. It is easily doable it just took some time and dedication and if I was a new player playing ranked and got placed in bronze then I could understand their frustration of the inability to climb. It simply took time and a lot of games and most people don't want to do it and as a result we get the elo hell/dynamic que excuse.

EDIT: I meant gold promos going in to plat 5.
