Akali beeing able to oneshot you instantly while having stealth and 3 dashes instead of one is healthy.

I mean people bitch about zed but poor guy has only 2 gapclosers and one of them is way way too predictable. I dont get how zed gets so much shit but Akali is out of it. Akali is also pretty much a lane bully post first buy regardless of matchup Zed on the other hand has a lot of rough matchups that are skillbased. Akali doesnt have skill matchups because there isnt even anything to outplay in her kit.

november? or next year? first come irelia and aatrox. if every second patch a new champion or vgu comes (would be pretty tough for riot), it would still take some time.
