it's on the way dw they said armor pen is being looked at, 30% armor shred is way worse

just make lethality, cleaver and last whisper not stack as well as they do.

distribute more lethality from the other items into ghostblade and then give item 3142 item 3035 item 3071 same name passives for their penetration/shred.

the main problem with armor pen is extreme case scenarios of adc and certain assassins just stacking every source of armor pen available. if you limited the stacking just somewhat, and force people to make choices which item they want instead of all of them, it would fix a lot of problems.

juggernauts dont give much of a shit. item 3071 is pretty much going to be the only armor pen item theyll buy anyways.

but these bullshit builds are going to get nerfed by those changes

if they removed 5 lethality from duskblade and 5 lethality from edge of the night, and ramped up ghostblades lethality to 25, adc and assassins whod pick up cleaver would have to forfeit a lot of lethality from ghostblade in their builds. its still possible to build mixed pen builds, but they wouldnt be as ridiculous.
