Can we get some hotfix buffs for Akali please?
She's sitting at just under a 36% win rate in Platinum+ (making her the single worst pick for top and mid) and a 33% win rate in Challenger (for mid lane), where players are supposed to be the best of the best with her. While she does have a 66% win rate in Challenger for top lane my best guess is that that will drop in the coming days as that is only based off only 3 games (going off of U.GG), and she has ZERO DATA for most regions' Challenger in top lane!
It's clear that Riot overdid the nerfs, so it's only fair that they give some compensation buffs to her, as well as some other meaningful changes that will allow for her to be fair, while also being fun. Something that is alien to champions with CertainlyT kits!
** : Perfect Execution (R)**
For one, her R's cooldown is still 160 seconds rank 1, which just isn't sensical as that signifies that her ult should almost be at the same level of power as say Karthus' ult, Amumu ult or even Mordekaiser ult, but it just isn't. Now that it's targeted it's purely a tool for aggression that does little to nothing useful in comparison to other ultimates, hell, they even nerfed her dash speed by almost a full second, on an assassin!
Just give her R a 100 second cooldown at rank 1 (scaling down to 80 seconds) and be done with it.
The other issue is that she dashes waaaaaay too far through her target, like, if you're right next to them you dash almost a full 3 dragon form Shyvanas (using her as example cause long model size) through your target, it's dumb.
: Shuriken Flip (E)
Remove the global recast on E2 and make E refund energy on kill (will make more sense when you see my thoughts on W).
:Twilight Shroud (W)
Her shroud change was healthy, but now it just feels a little bit too exploitable and like it's a noobkiller ability. I think that her shroud should maintain some of its true stealth capabilities if she's going to be revealed once hit by CC, so no ability except for CC abilities can reveal her, so no more Ignite reveals, no more 
Q reveals, no more 
chain reveals. Keep it to strictly to CC abilities to actually give her shroud a solid niche as a counter to champions that do not possess CC.
With all that said, they should just outright remove her W's energy refund entirely and just force Akali to use passive to efficiently maintain energy, in a manner similar to Lee Sin.
:Five Point Strike (Q)
Her Q change is actually fair, but I still do think it should scale down to 80 energy. The increase in cost to 120 energy had to happen, her laning phase was far too strong, but that doesn't mean you also hard nerf her mid-late game DPS as well. If you're going to go that route you have to buff her burst, so even higher AP scalings, less AD scaling and make EVERYTHING in her kit (besides base auto damage) magic damage.
Also, remove the bonus damage it does to minions at rank 5 and just make it deal slightly more damage all around. An assassin should not have an easy route to shoving this efficiently, and Akali's method of shoving is no exception; it's too safe for an assassin.
Oh, and the slow's gotta go, it's toxic especially considering she builds Gunblade first item AND has a movement speed buff on her passive. I have no idea why she still has the slow on Q, it makes no sense to me as it's arguably the single most underrated and lowkey broken thing about her new kit, especially when used by a skilled player in conjunction with E2's dash (so you Q at max range during E2's dash, it's not that hard to do).
Now, I understand that she's been a pro play nightmare, and quite the underground power pick in higher elos, however, even simply with the change to R1 alone I doubt that she will be seriously even be picked in pro play anymore as her having 2 escapes on her ult alone kinda just made the pick work.
She clearly needs further adjustments, but until we get to that point could we just grab a CD decrease on her ultimate, a revert to R2's dash speed and a decrease in R1's vault range while right next to the target.
I do not want Akali to be top tier, I just want her to be fun, and as of right now she is not fun.
