Le Blanc's is in a terrible state, and she needs help. The 43,1% win rate speaks for itself.

Some time ago, people clapped the removing of LB's silence, I said it was too much for her, now she's at 43,1% win rate. Don't get me wrong, we all knew she had her problems. I'm not stating she shouldn't be tweaked, but by removing the silence without a single compensation was terrible. Also, if we simply buffed the other parts of her kit her early game would be even more toxic to the game. Her Q W combo simply had no counterplay, but she already had problems on her kit that also hit her, and the removal of the silence just amplified those problems even more. The main problem of her (Q-W then escape) remains.

She was an amazingly duelist, but had almost 0 objective control. It was completly hard to defend/destroy a turret with her. (For the ones who don't know, try a custom with Lulu vs LB on ARAM. You'll see who gets to nexus faster, even if LB gets more kills).

While I've always encouraged to nerf LB due to her silence, I've always extremely discouraged the removing of her silence. Or at least with some compensation. It was what made her viable. It was what made her an amazing duelist.

Now she has nothing. Amazing trades? Can be re-traded too now. Low range spells. Squishy. 0 objective control. Wave clear is her escape. Single-Target CC. No shields. Etc etc. She needs help.

I was thinking, and I believe this what would be fine on her. Please return the silence on her. Please allow her have something and not being on such terrible state. Here are my ideas. Feel free to state your opinions! :)

New passive: Triggering Sigil of Silence's... silence with an ability reduces cooldown of used ability by 50%.
Q: Renamed back to Sigil of Silence. Now has silence back. Cooldown changed from 6 to 8sec. Mana Cost changed from 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 MANA to 50/55/60/65/70 MANA.
W: Distortion's range now scales per level. Range 500/550/600/650/700. Cooldown changed from 18 / 16 / 14 / 12 / 10 to 15/14/13/12/11. W will now have 10% amplified damageif used to trigger silence on a single target. 2nd cast REMOVED if used to trigger the silence.
E: Ethereal Chains missel width FINALLY fixed and reduced (the curret width is ridiculous, it clearly changed direction lol).
R: Mimic Cooldown changed from 40/32/24 to 45/35/25. If it's used to Mimic Distortion, and used to trigger silence on a single target, the damage will be amplified by 20%.

The ideas about this "rework":

- Allowing LB to be a better duelist: At the current moment, while she is decent, she is completly outshined by the current assassins, and would made more "dangerous";
- Allowing LB to have weaknesses and more counterplay: She's already squishy, and removing the 2nd cast puts her on a dangerous spot, since she has no escape and cooldowns are on cooldown;
- More challenging/satisfying to play and more options to be used instead of being always the same Q-W combo: It wouldn't be always Q-W like it is now. You need to be aware when to trigger the silence. You need to be aware you don't have 2nd cast on Distortion when using both Distortion and Mimic. So you need to be aware of which you will use 1st. For example, or Distortion 1st then Mimic for more damage, or the reverse for lesser damage but way larger escape. - More hidden power and more scaling to late game: Let's be real, at the moment LB is a matter of "if you don't get fed early, you fall late game". I believe that with cooldown reductions (when played right) and with damage amplification she would have more power transfered from early to late game, since her base cooldowns were also tweaked.

I believe Le Blanc has more problems than before. She is at a terrible spot right now, lacks gameplay style, her toxic aspect still remains at the moment, lacks late game potential unless fed and she lacks utility to a team. I believe these aspects I mentioned are what the comunity feels, and I also hope these tweaks satisfy you guys to have a better (and more healthy) Le Blanc on the game.** Please feel free to give your opinions I would appreciate it! :)**
