Can something be done with Garen ?
He is simply wtf to play against. He's too tanky for his immense damage and team fights are just broken if there is a Garen

he has two sets of buffs on the PBE.
one to his abilities in general and one buff that will make him a jungler.

If you're having problems against Garen, jfc dude, the problem is you, not at all the champ. He was nerfed into obscurity and has multiple rounds of buffs coming cause he's in a terrible spot atm, while also being probably the easiest champ in the game to outplay, shut down, kite, and counter in general. At least Udyr has a better, more spam-able gapcloser and some hard CC.
