Games being decided BEFORE champion select?

Blue side pick order: Support Primary Mid Primary ADC Primary Jungle Primary Top Primary

Red Side Pick order: ADC primary Mid secondary Top secondary Jungle secondary Support primary

Don't you think Blue side has a bigger advantage than individual skill (at same MMR) + team chemistry + champion power combined?

Just to be perfectly clear: Blue side has 5 primaries and 0 secondaries, Red side has 2 primaries and 3 secondaries Pick order is: Blue support Red ADC Red Mid Blue Mid - gets to counterpick Blue ADC - gets to counterpick Red Top Red Jungle Blue Jungle - gets to counterpick Blue Top - gets to counterpick Red Support - gets to counterpick

So that's 4 counterpicks for Blue (including both solo lanes) and only 1 for Red (which is support, arguably the role with the least counterpick potential). Both solo lanes have a red secondary against a blue primary

Seriously, we need at least these 2 changes in the new champion select:

1. Any team needs to be guaranteed at least 3 players in their primary roles
2. Teammates can swap draft ORDER at any time

We don't all own every champion. With timers being further shortened, some people can't communicate quickly enough what champion they'd want selected for them even if we did own every champion (especially if they need a moment to think first).
