Your nerfs to tank ekko and ap item changes have hurt ap ekko

Not really. You can still build ap ekko a bit tanky and all the skills scale by AP now.

Is this a bad thing? He was really strong to begin with, so even these changes should bring him in line with being a healthier champion.

I would have thought it's the opposite. He has higher AP scaling to encourage building more damage and less tank. Unfortunately if my limited experience is any to go by then tank Ekko is still very much a thing. If Riot really wanted to discourage building him tanky they would put a negative ratio on armour and mr built.

Not just Ekko. Ap assasins are generally sucks. Inefficent items, easy anti-ap, utility itemisation. on marksmans, on mages. Have fun killing them. And don't forget to add .
