Why is Morgana getting buffs?

It's equivalent to buffing Fizz, no one wants to see these types of champions in their games; they are disgusting to play against.

There's a reason she got nerfed in the first place.

She got nerfed because she was strong. Nobody ever complains about Morg.

So? The nerf that took her out of the meta was the pool damage nerf she took a few months back and at that point nobody was saying a word about her. Morg is most certainly not a champion that can't be allowed to be viable or is toxic when strong.

Ok but heres the fucking problem, buffing a toxic kit like that hurts more than it helps in the long run.
