@Meddler I summon you; Hecarim buffs @ PBE

The intention behind the buffs is good (improving his clear), however they do not solve his original issues.

As GlavTech summoned it up nicely, Hecarim has the core build price of a toplaner yet the kit of a Jungler. We remember: Hecarim was released in a meta where two gold per team (5per10) items were standard on junglers.

I want to keep this topic short, but I recommand everybody who is interested in Hercarim to read this topic, it summons up:

• From what kind of meta Hecarim comes
• How item changes effected him (FoN, Shurelia's Randuins)
• How the jungle changes effected him
• His position compared to new junglers
