Basically I suggest that minions are "scared" of champions who exceed a certain size limit. They are not feared, the don't run away (that'ld ruin lasthitting) but the actively get out of your way (like a swarm of pidgeons).
So if a Nautilus or fully stacked Cho march towards them they get the heck out of his way.
