And Wukong is balanced?
Really?
I mean rammus vs wukong 1v1, rammus loses, because why not
Meanwhile wukong insta kills adc, mage in a combo. Because why not
And he has 4 sec cd invis
But he is balanced, right?

Did u forget to mention that Rammus built

while Wukong was full Lethality and armor shred?
You cant call Wukong unbalanced when Rammus doesnt even know how to play.
Btw his W has 6 sec CD with max CDR. Not 4.
Yeah, and after i build that, i was able to 1v1 him.
he's trash rn
From experience? Because i'm not seeing you as a wuk player

win rates mean very little (esp. with that pick rate)... he's a snowball champ and so he has a good winrate in SQ where people often don't play well
btw: those stats aren't accurate for KR
Yeah, he's at 52% win in Korea. http://www.op.gg/champion/monkeyking/statistics/top
So he's def not trash
His incredibly low pick rate and matchups tell a lot more than his static winrate.
His winrate has always been kinda decent even when he's trash, because he can have certain matchups that work for him. Like Wukong Mid cheese is strong in a few cases, doesn't mean it's legitimately viable.
Aatrox has a higher winrate than him. Do you think Aatrox is busted?
Stopped playing him frequently because he's trash rn.
Maybe better with Conq but I haven't tried it.
Wu'kong isn't even top tier... try to learn each champ's strengths and weaknesses
his Q gives armor reduction and he often buys BC
Lol, he's literary the second most successful champion at his role: http://champion.gg/champion/MonkeyKing/Top

Someone has to be. Kayle is 1st, yet u dont complain about her. Singed is same winrate as WUkong even tho its picked 2x more.
Man, I don't know about Kayle really. I experienced wu a few times, I just tried him and dominated. He is super strong. I was just proving he is not trash, since he's second in winrate
Wukong is a free win, but people will still claim that he is weak, while they roll face and tell themselves they are winning because they are skilled.
Yeah, i mean i dont get this boards really. I asked a question, how is he balanced (eg of an aswer: he's balanced because he can't kill meta). Yet they all shout he's trash despite being at a 52% win rate (which doesn't result he's broken, just results he's not trash at least)

Well what do you want to know? In jungle he struggles a lot. Its easy to invade him and his clear is horrible. Any competent jungler will invade him on lvl 2 or 3 and shut him down completely. His ganks are similar to Xins where he needs to use his short range E dash to get to a target. But he doesnt have any form of CC pre 6. So his ganks are bad. But lets talk about top Wukong since you talk about his winrate on top. He cant beat any of current meta champions. Fiora, Camille, Ornn, Riven, Sion, Jax, Renekton, Gnar, Swain, Shen, Cho.... All can outtrade him or outsustain him. As long as they know how to play.
Now i understand in your Elo, Wukong has a lot of success in jungle. Thats because junglers rarely invade or put deep vision there so Wukong can farm till lvl 6 easily. But u cant expect Riot to balance game for low ELO.
But if u wanna look at simple balance then u just need to look at his pros and cons:
Pros: -Great teamfight presence -High damage -Decent escape
Cons: -Slow early clear -No sustain -No CC before 6 -Highly mana dependant -Squishy if builds AD, useless if builds tank
