Keystone for Shen grasp or CoC

Just wondering what you guys would suggest as the keystone i should use for playing as shen

CoC for that Awesome shield or grasp so i can actually trade and do some damage?

I see him less as an engager and dedicated tank and more as a bulky fighter, and Grasp gives him some flat damage and sustain that adds up over time. I'd stick to Grasp and rely on the passive for shields. (I also take ignite because no one sees it coming :P)

the problem with that is his damage is sub par compared to every other tank and fighter (except the likes of leona and taric)

I'd say Grasp is better on him - Courage only procs off of his Taunt, and he already has his little blade field for evading damage.

I would go COTC, His damage is terrible now. Pretty much only an engage tank or someone to save someone cross map.

Grasp for toplane, CoC for support.

Toplane you need the sustain to keep trades up without needing to blow your E cooldown.
