Speaking of winrates...

The top 15 Champs are easily pushing over 53% (oh look Janna is at 55% again lmao) and all the worst are sub 47%. I'd say there's a pretty good argument that in the current state of League, picking the broken Champs has damn near as much impact as player skill, if not more. Especially considering that the extremes push farther apart with higher rank, rather than narrowing down in most cases.

Winrate means nothing without more stats such as playrate. Aatrox has a 54% winrate, but you'd be hard pressed to find someone who thinks he is OP right now. ######why the fuck is sion support so busted right now? My god.

This is true... but most of the best have either average or even above average playrates and banrates. WW, who has the highest WR right now also has a 12% pickrate. It's insane.

Where are you getting your stats from?

I'm averaging them across multiple sites, op.gg, Champion.g, and leagueofgraphs.

Maybe in plat +. Down here in high gold/silver player skill is still king.

No it isn't. I haven't seen a Warwick lose a game in a month.
