Garen is still sitting above a 10% ban rate

Because he's retardedly brain dead to play, which = super effective at low elo.

Checking champion.gg for plat+ statistis, his ban rate is 6.27% It may be this high because he hard counters some top lane champions - anyone who needs to get in his face to use abilities can be shut down by a simple Q-E.

cuz most population of this games accounts are lower then g3 and below g3 no one knows how to play against the "spin2win" that simple. now theres always the exception of good players who use his counters effectively and then theres bad garens etc etc but quite simple he outputs good dmg and sustains tankiness like a good meat shield should... also his difficulty to learn/play is quite easy.

Because in Silver (not sure on bronze) top lane tends to be a melee smack fight all lane. Garen can passive heal, get tanky, and is manaless. They don't know how to get around that. I mean.........what is kiting?
