Idc, what you say, Leblanc is a Retarded champion

My god, her base damages are so high, combined with her high ratios, isn't broken because she falls off late game. But jesus is she oppressive. She has a VERY short CD for an insanely powerful ult. And is a constant threat, there is no moment in the game where you can't take a breather and not be worried about leblanc, like most other assassins. Rely heavily on their ults which generally have a long CD. (Zeds is 120's at Rank one)

Idk man, she doesn't seem like a very fun and health champion to play against, seems more unfair match up then someone actually outplaying you.
