Riven is too Resistant to Slows

Her dashes need to be slowed as well as her movement speed while she is under the effect of slows, similar to the way kalista gets slowed. She should be able to negate mistakes after they have happened with her mobility. Sure, mobility can help her avoid mistakes and do things other champs cant do, but save her after the fact? No. If she gets hit by Vel'Coz q she shouldnt be able to dash 300 units away as if she wasnt slowed, so much so that vel coz players wont even waste an ult on her.

I think thats probably the most unbalanced thing on her kit, the fact that its not really worth slowing her because she is immune to slows on a three second cooldown. Problem is, if rot makes these changes she will need to have some of her other pointless nerfs reverted.

i never get people who hate riven.

she is a little annoying yea, with all her mobility. but just about every other assassin in the entire game has more mobility than her.

Its more that ranged can't kite her long enough to kill her due to low cd shield/mobility and lifesteal, and melee aren't effective at disrupting her due to low cd shield/mobility, lifesteal, and a stun.

Also, all that damage, deceptive tankiness, and 2 forms of CC.

But I agree, she's not that bad. People are just used to seeing a snowballed Riven, since a lot of people don't know how to lane against her.

Rivens that haven't snowballed are laughable.

i dont hate her. I started playing her the other day and I was escaping from tryndamere. I dont think she should be so impossible for vel coz and other champs who depend on slows to deal with.

Im with you man. I dont know why people hate kalista either, but I do think that making her hops decrease with slows was an ok nerf.

this is true but she is supposed to be a assassin top laner think of the trade off you have you risk not having a tank and if she falls behind she wont do much
