I'm sick and tired

Of seeing an ezreal, zed, lulu and other champions on urf every game unless I ban them. Why can't people try other champions, why do the same exact champions have to be played every game. And whenever I lose its because I "didnt pick a good champion" and I got "out picked". I just want to play ap or something different without having to deal with the horrors of every game.
