and have a 0.2% difference between bronze and challenger at 49.7 to 49.9%
but.. this isn't perfect.
and I'm sure a lot of you already know who I'm talking about. but even if you do, lets ignore that for a moment as i ask a question riot needs to ask themselves
you have a champion. it has a 9% win-rate difference between bronze and challenger. IDEALLY we would want to SHRINK that range. but if we CAN'T
WHERE would you put that 9%
