once-off tank CC ultimates arent that strong. you might as well have nautilus with his ult, and then he can continue to be the strongest peel and CC champion in the game while you have a good combo of artillery, burst and DPS, a combo i cbf figuring out since its rock paper scissors for whats best anyway
