Oh but Riot wouldn't lie about a champ who's been broken for 8 fucking years now. He does have an ultimate skin, after all! So why would Riot lie? In fact, he and every other AD statcheck are in dire need of buffs!

Instead of, you know, doing anything about it, they pick their ass all day and spend 4-6 months per rework to drum up as much hype as possible (when, you know, any other game company would laugh at you if you told them you wanted half a year to make a singular model and 4 abilities). And while they're doing that? They keep him good and god tier, so they can better market that ultimate skin he's got.
That's how you know they quality first. It shows in everything they do!

I’m sure he’ll get nerfed at some point. Until then you can ban him. Or you can jump the shark and keep claiming he’s OP to sell skinz

And I'd love to permaban him, but there are so many permaban champs right now that take higher priority since not many people play Godyr.

Reason why you are seeing so much more of him then you did in the past is because of the mistake called Scuttle, single handedly killed diversity in the jungle.
