Is there a reason why I can win?

I've lost 25 of my last 30 games. WTF rito, can I get a competent team for once? It should not be entirely my burden to carry my team. Sure here and there I too have been the one to lose a game for the team, everyone has bad games, but definitely not for the majority. Is there some hidden mechanic that pairs you with worse and worse teammates as you lose more and more games in a row? I'm not talking about actual rankings, I mean people who individually have been doing poorly in their recent games.

Seriously, though please take this into your consideration as to how unbalanced solo queueing in this new dynamic queue is. When I am with a team and were all in a call, we win about 50% of the time. That is balanced, but when I go solo, I lose upwards of 85% of the time. Mostly due to bad communication or people won't listen to any suggestions or strategies that either me or some other player makes. So could we balance it around that. Idealy your goal to have a team oriented game is good, but realistically that is near impossible to achieve with this current design of the game.

Suggestions:

1.) solo queue (not even duos allowed) 2.) fresh meat queue (never have been ranked before in previous seasons or have just recently hit level 30) accounts would be restricted from using the "normal queue options" until they have played 50-100 ranked games 3.) an in game voice communication system (with mute options) 4.) an in game tooltip option to display common counter picks or bad match ups for each champion that have been unanimously decided upon by the community.
