We should be able to honour an opponent as well

Title. I think that we should get the feature where we could honour someone from the enemy team for simply being an honourable opponent. For example, if they were humble or could take defeat without flaming anybody, we should get a chance to honour them.

We used to be able to do this but it all got removed after the new honour system was implemented into the game
