Recent Ekko nerfs on PBE

Just read on Surrender at 20:

Base movement speed reduced to 340 from 345 Phase Drive (E) damage reduced to 30/60/90/120/150 from 50/80/110/140/170 Reverted Parallel Convergence (W) mana cost increased to 50/55/60/65/70 from 30/40/50/60/70 Parallel Convergence (W) tooltip now reads maximum damage vs minions and monsters reduced to 150 from 400 [Note: This is just a tooltip change, 5.10 Ekko will have this already.]

I'm glad for that but he needs mana on his ult and his damage on it reduced too.
