You want to know why crit ADC is garbage ? Cause this 3 champions

Honestly by logic right now why you would take Champion that give damage over time to kill someone when most of meta is squishy or bruisers that you can 1 or 3 AA shots them at most ? This 3 adc is the reason crit adc sucks cause adc crit champions meant to do damage over time to tankers and kill them slowly while this 3 champions with items such and runes like hail of blades, conquer and dark harvest can just 1-3 AA every champion on team. I just can see it now why balance team can't find balance around adc, cause they favorite this 3 champions without hard nerf them to make them lane bully that fall late game to give space to crit adc to scale. Right now 3 champions take over lane and take over late game cause they can just do assassin job from range which is better than adc who want to keep active their passive over time like or who need passive to kick in.
