His ultimate-combo does way too much damage for a tank build and can be "charged" by a big range
I honestly have no clue what to do as an ADC vs him since he can nuke me and unless i'm playing ezreal or something the game is lost at pick and has a slow that is insane for a tank

He doesn't do as much damage as you hype him up to do. He does massive burst if he builds ap, but After his ult he does nothing. In that clip, he has over 850 armor and doesnt even deal enough damage to penetrate the bloodthirster shield.
So which is it? He cant be tanky and deal the damage you hype him up to have at the same time. You also have multiple ways to dodge or itemize vs his ult.
