Shouldn't Tanks do more damage than supports?

Namely... Tahm Kench deals waay more damage than could dream of by assesing his abilities alone, he gets way more damage than shen for building either AP glass Cannon or Tank (both on-hit and ability).

I think Shen needs some serious assesing, maybe give him a passive on ult or W to help with his dueling like CDR, Attack Speed or MagicPen. Make it conditional/situational if you have to, just give him more power!!! He needs more power!!! All his abilities have mediocre scaling except for (ally only) ultimate. The only role he is strong at is support, and who wants to play a ninja support... No flashy abilities, and not enough CC and basic ability ally interaction.

Supports is easy mode freelo for noob players. Anyone who plays support can get free diamond.

Tahm is a Tank.

He just happens to be designed primarily to chill in the bottom lane position rather than Top or Jungle.

Tahm's damage is good because he has NO AOE. He can only be a threat to one target at a time, whereas other tanks like Alistar, Malphite, etc., can deal tons of damage in an area.

His W spit is aoe, with really good scaling if you decide to go ap bruiser.

Also, to note, Tahm has no mobility anywhere in his kit outside of a slight movement speed buff when doing something with an ally blah blah, I didn't read the notes, just skimmed. And I don't think a delayed teleport that's a long ass cooldown is really considered mobility.
