Why is full build so rare now

Seriously nowadays my games rarely last long enough for anybody to reach full build, because the nexus is already getting beat down at 25 minutes. This is honestly so boring that it's so hard to have 6 items on a champion that is meant to scale into the late game because usually the most you're going to get excluding boots is 2-3 full items. Honestly it's hard to even take this game seriously with that circus you call a balance team come on Riot get your shit together this game is nowhere near as fun anymore because you can't even test different full builds on champions anymore since the matches never last long enough for it to happen.

IMO really short games and really long games both have their own problems. I personally enjoy 30-40 minute games. The really long ones tend to stall out and become a mess while the really short ones are typically because one player got super fed and folks in the other lanes lose agency in the game...

It is because Riot wants short games where whichever team has someone better at 1 shotting everyone wins the game ultimately. People say they don't want some kind of tank meta, they don't want to see 2 tanks slapping each other to death over and over until one gets ahead, and they don't want 60 minute games. Those people are either the common trolls found in League today or all they wanna do is climb or gain something out of the game, they aren't playing it to have fun and you can bet your bottom dollar they are gonna be following some BS a pro used at worlds to win most matchups just so they can get into their next match. No one wants to have fun anymore, its all trolls and tryhards and no excitement or comeback factor and little variation these days and the meta grasps everyone's throats and doesn't let them go even the ones who want to be free of the meta since their favorite champ is nerfed into the ground or out of meta while the sheeple who play this game root for meta champs that 1 shot everything.

Maybe one day we will have another tank meta but I HIGHLY doubt it. For the time being I will continue to use tanks that happen to still be OP and unkillable, and just slap anyone I come across up and down lane, while they try the usual 1 shot tactics that work so well for their braindead champs, builds, and meta.

Would you rather have tank meta with meaningless objectives that prolong the game to 70 minutes in worlds finals? Look no further than Season 6

Unless you are Ryze, you simply cannot get enough gold before the end of games. I suggest picking up Ryze because well, he's braindead and broken, can be played in solo lanes and hell even bot lane, and while labeled as a "scaling" champion he hits hit scaling peak at tear now and just gets stronger every second and never plateaus. Frelo.
