LET SHEN THROW HIS SWORD AGAIN!!! Return Rework

Hi my name is Dillon and Shen is one of my favourite champions. I started this game in S2 and mained Shen from S3 till now.

Here I have a unique way to make Shen fun, increase his skill play while making his tanking job a bit easier and I do it all by merging Guinsoo's old school design with Gypsy's new school one :3

Q - Twilight's Edge Range: 275- 875 units

Shen throws his blade out [using an adjustable skillshot like S. Dash] dealing minor damage to all enemies it passes throw.

(Recast) Shen calls upon his blade to return to him from it's current location. If it hits an enemy unit or neutral monster in return flight, Shen gains bonus on-hit Magic Damage on his next 3 basic attacks. If that enemy is a champion, the bonus is increased and Shen gains 50% Attack Speed... Sounds familiar? Lol.

With this tweak the rest of his kit should be allowed to stay the pretty much the same except for his Passive but that is fine. His E and R are what made him Iconic and now his W (althought it's currently hard yo use for allies) I just love it :3

Toss Damage 40/45/50/55/60 Magic Damage. 80/90/100/110/120 Total Damage

Bonus On-hit damage 10/15/20/25/30 +2% of the enemy's max hp increased by (+1% ever 100 AP).

I made sure the toss damage has to be extremely low so it's not good for poke but rather initiating an all in; Shen throws the blade vertically not horizontally so the hitbox is the same. Now he can use his W from a ranged distance which is huuuge.
