It's not really a fix to counter Riven, but here's a general tip. It seems kinda lame to just mention this at this point but whatevs.
as any champion vs riven, try to play safe, it's obvious riven is a very annoying champion to lane against but chances are the enemy laner knows riven is a cheese champ, which is why they picked her, freelo etc. There is a good chance they are going to be cocky or overconfident. Let them push lane a bit and if you're fortunate enough to have an awesome fistbump type of jungler, coordinate with them on letting riven push to turret and then try to make her waste a rotation of Q and then gank her. She loses a good chunk of mobility and power from having her Q on cooldown early on with no cdr. 2v1 her and them farm up your lane, then go B, buy to start outscaling her in either power or defense, and go back to lane to keep playing defensively. It sounds like a douche thing for me to say but let them get angry, you just sit tight and farm up all that minion gold near your turret so that instead of getting thirsty against her and making accidents or mistakes, you have gold for items that you will want/need for the teamfight. when the teamfight starts and your team (hopefully) has some nice CC waiting, riven won't be able to do much initiating without risks.
honetly if you dislike riven, i would recommend practicing a kennen top. I played it once and got matched against a riven (idk how good they were honestly though) and I just charged my passive W with autos and if i saw them try to cs, i'd smack them with it and then use the W active to get the free targeted damage from the marks of the storm. If she tried to initiate, i'd E away. if she managed to hit me and i'd touch her, that gives me another chance to proc W. and after 6 if she tried to dive me under turret, i'd ult her and womp her. but like I said, i don't check sites like op.gg so idk how good they honestly were with riven.
