So before you give us the new keystone for the bruisers and fighters, you did buff up 
so he be something into top lane.
Right now after the new keystone he is good spot and you didn't take that buffs, yet 
is falling everyday and it seem like there no buffs or good keystone to him right now.

But urgot is such in good stop as kit wise , maybe it not that perfect but it viable and good just need tweaks in his items or keystones or skills that is all. But true they just keep focus on loving champions that is loved and op by most of pro players.

Sadly he is , look at rank of champions on top lane over http://na.op.gg/champion/statistics number 36 and keep dropping everyday. All of that because he can't use the new keystone, if he was able to use it he would come among top 15 like before but nah. That why i ask if you give a buff to daruis to make him viable before they keystone and you didn't remove it even, making him stronger than urgot then why not do the same to urgot till you find a fix to his ranged problem?
But otherwise i do enjoy him as champion and i main him while he is a mess and weak among other top laners, sadly he need to be fixed or buffed up.
