Could Talisman of Ascension be looked at?

Shurelya's Reverie used to be staple support item. Talisman of Ascension on the other hand can only be bought by supports who absolutely don't care about their early game combat stats ( , maybe, maybe ). Anyone else who would want to consider Talisman is completely ruining their early game - something you just can't afford when your tower is worth 10k gold and is twice as squishy as others.

I think it would be good idea to make Talisman accessible to the rest of the supports, probably by completely removing it from "gold generation trio". Especially considering how dominant Janna and Sraka are.

Rito gave supports cool new active items, but didn't notice that the coolest of them all is locked away from majority of supports.
