i was just wondering although my mastery points don't show Karma is my favourite mage so are there any plans?

She just got a few changes not to long ago.

Dont know why they gave her a complete rework in the first place when only her w needed a change.

Now her playstyle revolves around landing a r q

Edit hopefully she does get another overhaul to a supporrive kit

If you want to siege like Ziggs, yes. If you want to get picks and be tanky, RW is much better. RE is also very useful as no one is running Shurelya's anymore.

You don't always need to do damage. Sometimes ccing a person or moving your entire team from point A to point B significantly faster is better.
