Repertoir's interesting response to a complain about Kha'zix buffs

If we ignore the facts that:

Wukong has been garbage tier for years

Kha'zix has been top tier for over half a year

Kha'zix has a 13.85% pickrate in jungle, almost 6 times Wukong's pickrate. https://www.op.gg/champion/khazix/statistics/jungle

Wukong's banrate is 0.4% (and steadily around this number)

Kha'zix's banrate is 47.97%, over 100 times larger than Wukong's (and technically reduced because Irelia came out when he was around ~53% before hand).
If we ignore these facts, sure, Repertoir's comment might make sense. However, you can't actually do that in reality.
