No counterplay: My top lane match history (help me please)

ME vs OPPONENT vs vs vs vs vs vs vs vs vs vs vs vs

I've intentionally left out all the Teemo matches (because I've never lost top lane to Teemo unless I over pushed and didn't notice my ward expired) and like 20 other times Quinn/Ryze have been top because that's apparently "meta"

Please, if anybody can give me any advice at all on these matchups besides farm under turret (turret literally gets owned by minions and is at a quarter health by 10 minute mark and I still get chipped until I die) or patiently wait for ganks because I suffer from a LoL disease called Solo Queue [zombie-nunu-tears] after my 1st account got permabanned and I didn't remember the names of the 2 teams I was apart of or my competent high elo friends I met in college.
