Not even sure what to write here, I'm not against minion block in itself, but it's current state is just below acceptable, the random "dances" happen pretty much every single game now, and also in situations they didn't happen before, like walking down the lane with minions when your MS is just above theirs.
Minions should absolutely get the hell out of the champion's way. Either remove friendly minion collisionor make our minions walk around us... Not block is in so we can't escape....
and sometimes caster minions form an impenetrable barrier around a turret that make you spend an extra 3 seconds walking around instead of damaging the turret lmfao
THESE 3 ITEMS ARE MUST USE IN THE CURRENT META.
I understand why it's THERE. It's to reduce the safety of standing inside your minion wave so you have limited movement options if you're trying to block skillshots.
Maybe reduce the movement collision size of friendly minions significantly (so it's still there, but you can move between them), and fill the remaining space with a small slowing effect, like 20-30 units per second slower or something like that. Walking through minions would be slightly slower, but you wouldn't ever find yourself caught as pathing struggles to maneuver you around moving objects.

Really though, even on Garen minion block is annoying.
Sometimes I debate buying phantom dancer just for the ghosting effect lmao.
