Riot, be less concerned with delivering a feature "right" and just deliver the feature
I dont understand why everything has to be so complicated with you guys. Not everything you release has to be perfect or innovative. This is probably why you work at a snails pace, you overthink simple things.
No one is asking for some amazing magical and perfect experience, we JUST want to watch replays of games, plain and simple. We JUST want a place to practice or test things in this game, i mean how hard can it possibly be to add a reset cooldowns, infinite gold and level up toggles to custom games? Thats literally all you have to do.
No one cares about whatever 'standards' you have, just give us basic plain vanilla features, no one is asking for anything more. There is no reason you cannot iterate or improve it later if its not good enough for you.
